First two flights were BA metal so I had to check-in via BA using the BA booking ref. BA duplicated their copy of the itinerary (two different but duplicate PNRs) and in their attempt to fix the duplication they accidentally deleted the JFK-LAX flight from the booking (the day I was due to fly). Eventually managed to get rerouted from Heathrow to Seattle, so ended up flying DUB-LHR-SEA-LAS which is 140 Tier Points less than I booked. AA ticket, BA mistake and reroute - do I apply to BA for ORC here?
