Answering my own question from upthread, single breakfast choice of cold oatmeal with dried coconut and banana chips. Surprisingly tasty. I do wonder what they’re serving for lunch/dinner given lack of oven.

Full PDB offered as well as multiple passes of snack basket (stroopwafel, biscotti, pretzels) and drink refills.

As others have observed, occasionally you get better service on UX than mainline.
