Have an 8:30pm UA flight out of ORD on Monday (3/13), and we'll be spending the day in downtown (hotel in River North district). Planning on a 7pm arrival. Has traffic died down enough at 6-ish pm that it would be quicker to take an Uber instead of the Blue line? Otherwise, I should plan to take the Blue Line around 5:45pm, right?
