Funny, with all the discussion of surprisingly ineligible charges, I would have thought a drink at the RC was about as safe as it gets!
I haven't had that particular experience (when I stayed at the HR Denver last year, the RC was closed; I did have a drink at the bar, but don't remember not getting credit).
As I think has been reported here previously, the bar in the HR Jersey City presents with the dreaded *; the bartender has sworn to me that he's a Hyatt employee, and thought it must have something to do with alcohol. (But I'm virtually certain I've gotten full credit for meals, including my glasses of wine, in the restaurant there,and I think the prior poster reported that he HAD received credit after speaking with the GM.)
