But that's not the case if I am using my phone. I inspected the code, seems the edit button is missing on coding side (HTML).

Any chance I would retrieve my edit button back?
There was a change to the Wikis late last week to rename them to How-To guides, I suspect this may be collateral damage, one to cheer IBJoel up on a Monday morning?
