I hope they do not downgrade my status from Diamond elite (I renewed my Ambassador but was not quite at the auto renewal on nights/credit card). I have a load of future bookings all relating to leisure where for convenience I went for IHG and had factored in the "free breakfast" in my calculation. For 10 of the nights I would have gone elsewhere otherwise. Will be interesting to see what happens
