Agent: There is no baggage allowance in these tickets. Nothing is mentioned. Please contact American Airlines for the rectification of your tickets.

Looks like international award tickets not coming with baggage allowance is becoming more common. Before I thought it was just DL award tickets on Garuda that don't include baggage allowance.

At least Qatar allows carryon baggage totalling 10Kg, so it might be just enough for my weeklong trip in Europe.
