Very impressed with the meatballs dish, like others have reported, the rice on this one was for once not dry or Crusty, and the meatballs and the sauce choice really went well together. Having mixed nuts and a warm towel were also really great additions im glad to see back!
As for the service, the FA working the cabin was on the top end of the spectrum in service. While taking meal orders, before getting to the back row, he double checked his list, and went back and re-took orders. Once he came back to us he mentioned how he was double checking both options were still available since we were all 1Ks back there, only to then realize 3 options were loaded up, so he walked back, offered the 3rd option to passengers, while still ensuring that all 3 options were available for us. That, and he constantly would walk down the aisle offering wine refills. All in all, really happy with the new meals, and hopefully we see the 3 onboard meal options stay, as thats one of the bragging rights Delta fliers love to mention.
