I applied a su to a park hyatt and the hyatt concierge called hotel to apply it and officially they confirmed it but I didn't see deducted so I called back and it took a supervisor 20 minutes to correctly confirm it so all those people saying it doesn't happen you're wrong. Another tip to check if they applied it to check past activity and it shows up on the hotel and reflects the su awards left too. I'm sure they can screw up the su type but that's a different story
