Emailed / called customer service but was told basically to book with the hotel directly. Not sure if it was because this happened on a weekend and the tech team was away?
As I’ve told others, I’m happy to hop on a quick call (through the method/app of your choice) to try and help people fix this error. I’ve had a pretty good success rate helping people who have experienced this very same issue.
