… but absolutely nothing has changed in that itinerary! My upcoming itinerary remains exactly as booked, but it’s flagged as having changed. Seriously?
Delta and Air Canada are also guilty of this in my experience. Completely opaque changes that are only relevant on the back-end can erroneously trigger customer facing notifications.
