I was there in October also on points (used RA night) the lounge access was not offered. I might have had an upgrade as the room was fairly big and I quite liked it .
However service in the bar was really bad , had to get drinks , pay and carry them to dirty wet tables outside . Inside there was very loud music in the bar/restaurant area.
Parking outside to load/unload luggage was impossible and the underground parking is quite tight
