In 2022, I qualified for Diamond Elite with the $40k spend on the IHG Premier Card, and everything was updated last year and I have Diamond Elite through 12/31/23.
Should this be cause for concern?
IHG is doing a sweep of member accounts to weed out members who improperly qualified for status - i.e. untargeted members who signed up for the Straight to Diamond promotion to secure Diamond Elite status. What you're seeing could very well be a blanket message on all member accounts, but if you qualified for Diamond organically the way you said you did, I wouldn't sweat it.
