Fairfield by Mariott Bali South Kuta: Platinums and above can choose breakfast as a welcome amenity over 500 points *or* a beer/soft drink/sweet.
Fairfield by Marriott South Binh Duong: No free brekkie for Plats. "Titaniums and Ambassador only" was verbally conveyed to me twice by FD Agent when I expressed disbelief.
Outside of Asia Pacific, breakfast is a brand standard for all Fairfield hotel guests, regardless of Marriott Bonvoy membership or status. But Fairfield's brand standards specifically exclude complimentary breakfast in the Asia Pacific region:

From https://fairfield.marriott.com

Rise & Shine

Wake up on the right side of the bed. Our free* hot breakfast is always served with fresh ingredients and a variety of options to suit any taste. *Complimentary breakfast not available in Asia Pacific Fairfield hotels.

Also, breakfast is not a Platinum Elite (and above) Welcome Gift choice at Asia Pacific Fairfield hotels -- or at any other Fairfield hotels. Also, Guaranteed Lounge Access is not a Platinum Elite (and above) benefit at Fairfield hotels.

That doesn't mean Asia Pacific Fairfield hotels never provide breakfast to elite guests. In fact, it can be good business to do so, especially when a hotel is competing with other Marriott Bonvoy properties. In such cases, it's only a local benefit, not a published Marriott Bonvoy benefit.
