Since the things you want, are not "liquids", it might be an idea, to just bring the items yourself from your favorite bakery ? The same for other items to fancy up an otherwise potentially dull gluten-free meal. Take care to dispose left-overs before entering the destination country, since food-hygiene regulations might forbid you to bring this stuff into the country (think about Australia .....).
