Go back to my earlier post and you will note that I mentioned there is a separate SM team who handles RMS. The ones you speak with will either contact them (while you hold on the line) or get back to you. That said, I believe they've changed the policy effective Feb 1 (or thereabouts) by including "EARNED" that I'm pretty sure wasn't there prior to Feb. As everyone mentioned in this thread, Delta is trying to tighten up. I don't disagree with their strategy; I do have a problem when they apply what I believe to be a new policy when RMS was submitted well before their change (again, I could be wrong, but I'm not losing sleep over it).

yes sorry was referring to your post. Quoted the wrong one in error. What I mean is, the skymiles team you called, is it just the standard customer service phone number? I’ve called the standard phone number several times, and basically been told “we can’t assist you.” Like how did you reach a team that was willing to call the reclaim my status team?
