Meal presented 100% correctly. Note the small details like butter pat and salt shaker packet facing guest. Bread plate. Each item placed exactly on the tray where it's supposed to be. And finally - yay the Enchiladas were not a sloppy mess and were very tasty. I'd easily order this again. I took time after service to go up and let the galley position FA know how much I appreciated her attention to detail. She was gracious and appreciative and said it's how she was trained and she knows it makes a difference. So let's remember, they
do train the crews on how to do it right, whether they follow the standards or not is another matter.
