Interestingly, they recently reset my card to Classic even though I am Gold, probably as a result of IT changes to do with the revised IBIS Business status rules. Thanks. Previously, the Gold status was valid until 31 December of the year the ibis subscription expired. So I’m wondering if purchasing the one year option this week would still grant Gold until 31-12-24. Or if they now match the expiry date of the ibis card itself (valid until 31-12-23 and after that it’s extended to a specific date), even though that does not conform to the usual status validity period for ALL.
