Looking forward to staying here soon. The Front Office Manager sent a welcome email two days out with some hotel info and local recommendations. Not a lot of places do that and it's always appreciated. I replied asking about late checkout and the shuttle; 1600 checkout granted and I was put down for the shuttle -- and all >24 hours before arrival. Definitely a nice start.
