That bacon is a disgrace!

I spent one night here b4 heading back via Eurostar. I liked the location but felt reception was overwhelmed at check in and no upgrade but I wasn’t really bothered as was out all day and working the next before heading home.

the lounge was actually relatively quiet but like your experience none of the tables were being cleaned after others guests left and had to literally drag a staff member over to clean.

poorly run property if you ask me.
