Problem booking multiple segments online
I am trying to book the following itinerary using the IB website:
- Outbound: LAX to Casablanca via Madrid
- Return: Madrid to LAX nonstop.
I am paying for the ticket.
After entering the personal information, I receive the message "Cannot Create PNR".
1) Does anyone experience this problem and how can it be fixed?
2) I call IB 800 number and was told to try using the mobile app. I cannot find the multiple segment on my Android mobile app. It only shows ticket purchase for either roundtrip or one-way. Can I purchase multiple segments on my mobile app?
