Detailed review of my stay in March 2023

Yes.

Double Bed City View, on high floor.
How are the rooms?
Around 22 sqm
Last generation design.
Comfortable bed.
Armchair. Small laptop table.
Sockets and usb sockets next to bed.
Kettle.
Tiny open closet
Television with good selection of channels.
No chromecast.
Bathroom with walk-in shower
Dove toiletries.
Very quiet.
Large window. View over the street.
Perfectly clean and well maintained.
Efficient heating system.
No free PressReader.
How is the exec. lounge?
N/A.
What was good and what was bad?
GOOD
Smiling staff.
Central location, closed to the James Joyce Centre and Hugh Lane Gallery, and 10 minutes walk to Trinity College.
Easy access from the airport by direct bus.
Quite basic breakfast. Despite high occupancy of the hotel, no difficulty to find a free table.

Value for $ or IHG One Rewards Points? Would you return?
Yes, even if 45,000 points for a Holiday Inn Express is pretty steep.
Nothing fancy indeed, but does perfectly the job for a clean central hotel.
