Booked a publicly available (no discount code or anything else) "Romantic February" rate for a one night stay at a HGI in Mexico. Rate was about $10 USD lower than the rack rate would have been. Don't remember seeing anything about it being non-earning when I booked, and email confirmation of reservation says nothing about it either. Stay has now posted, but has earned no points, no stay credit, no night credit. Submitted missing points request to Hilton, who claim that the rate at which I booked was non-earning. Does this seem correct?
