Hi All, I'm a presidents circle member, planning a family vacation picking up a rental at CLT.

Plan to pickup vehicle Saturday 3/25/2023, returning Saturday 4/1/2023. Our week will likely include about 1,500 miles of driving to a few different stops. There are four of us with luggage as we'll be arriving & departing by plane.

Booking a large SUV, or minivan (all considered specialty vehicles) is double the Hertz Points vs. booking a standard vehicle.

On to my main question: Should I just book the standard vehicle and hope that their will something larger available?

I would imagine that most of the business travelers have returned their cars Thursday or Friday and there would be wide selection of upgrades for presidents circle?
