Duplicate Asia Miles Accounts
Hi Team
I have two Cathay Asia Miles accounts. My bank created a new one when I opened a new credit card. There are some miles in the duplicate account that I would like. I also can't log in to this account.
I've tried contacting Cathay via WhatsApp to merge the accounts, but was told that I "can't have two accounts and that I must pay to transfer miles". Phone numbers (in Canada) are associated to the airport and can't find a general Asia Miles support line
Both accounts are in my name. Anyone have ideas to get a hold of them?
