I went to "detailed fare rules" (right at the bottom of the last page before purchase) and it said "CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS PERMITTED. FULL REFUND WILL BE MADE OF WHOLLY UNUSED REFUNDABLE FARE TICKETS" This was for a flexible fare.
