No .. Titaniums get continental breakfast which you can upgrade to the full breakfast for $12 per day. Club 91 is considered a hotel within a hotel and is a huge waste of money in my opinion. For the price they charge you, you can eat and drink like royalty in Cancun and still have money left over.
