Booked the new Hotel Montera Madrid, which had been advertised as opening in January, 2023, for late April. Got an e-mail yesterday from the hotel's rooms division manager notifying me that I need to cancel my booking due to delays in opening. However, as of right now, when I sign in to the website it shows that, as a diamond member, I can book a room on this otherwise "sold out" property for the same date. Gee, thanks! The lack of communication between the property and Hilton Honors is ridiculous!
