It's probably reasonable to hope they have changed at least some of the movies since October. Imagine some of the threads on here if they didn't... It seems like your choice was rotated out since then. Good film though that's worth rewatching.

And as far as I'm aware, the exteriror cameras are only installed on the A350 and A380. I think that's a manufacturer rather than an airline thing.
