Ok thanks. I was particularly curious since I was rejected by a valet last year at HR Atlanta when they were full. (It never occurred to me to mention my globalist status) When recounting this story in the HR ATL thread, someone else mentioned something along the lines of what you are saying, but not that it was an actual rule.
