In Dec, after charging over $10K, I only received 1& 1000 instead of 2 even though it clearly says x2 on the AMEX statement.
I called AMEX they said they would investigate. It has been 3 weeks and still no posting or response from AMEX.
It started out so good........

It was pretty quick the last time I got mine -- that was in Feb this year, definitely within a couple of days after I reached the threshold.
I've never tried receiving multiple bonuses in one go tho, not sure if that's what is causing the issues you're experiencing.
