Booked hotel (fully refundable) with C1 portal on 02/09/23. Then I saw the same place almost 300 cheaper + breakfast if I booked directly with the hotel. I called Hopper to see if they would price match because they have a 24 hr price guarantee but since the hotel was priced in Euros and not USD they would not be able to price match because it was different currency... I cancelled the booking days later 02/11/2023. Credit card was refunded on 02/14. Then on 02/16 my activity shows "-300 for C1 travel credit". As of today, my account still shows a -300.00 balance. We'll see if they do a clawback next statement or at all.
