Is BA a Visa Waiver Program (VWP) Signatory Carrier??
I browsed Reddit and found a question asking why the airline isn't on the list of airlines allowed to transport foreigners on visa waivers.

My question is under which name BA is moving passengers to the US? Who is the signatory?
