Just 3 days ago, I was at another Safeway and had no issues using 5x200 DE to buy 1k in MOs.

Tomorrow will swing by WM and hopefully they still work there.
I had some GE and SE cards declined today at an Acme. Got one to go through on a single swipe MO after a couple other GE were declined. Hadn't previously had any problems with GE/SE.
