NH830 BOM-NRT will be on a B787-9 (246-seat). There are plenty of window and aisle seats available. In the exit row only 28B is available which is a middle seat. As per the seat map for the 787-9 the standard seat pitch is 34". Will the exit row have significantly more space? Should I pick one of the regular window/aisle seats or will 28B be better?

NH178 NRT - SEA will be on a B787-8. Most of the exit row seats are available. Which seat should I pick on this segment?
