Choice Privileges® Rewards Program Login Issues

I haven't seen anything on the boards about this but I was hoping that this was not just affecting me.

Recently, I can no longer sign-in to the website and my account. It just returns the incorrect username or password error. I have tried a password reset numerous times and once this is completed, I do get an acknowledgment and an automatic login into the site. However, once logged out, that's it, the error surfaces at the next login.

Customer service and/or IT at Choice Hotels are of no help, assuming that the customer is a dummy and their systems are infallible. Their responses are the typical change your password, clear your cache, clear your cookies, etc. Telling them you have done these things does not provide any additional assistance. They have even suggested that I get a password manager? What?

So why is the problem unique to Choice and I do not have login issues with other sites if it's me?

I can say that I have also tried different browsers and even downloaded the app to no avail.

I am hoping that someone may have had a similar issue and can suggest corrective action other than obvious generic ones.
