The ticket number is on the boarding card, staff at LHR know the score its super obvious its a BA issued ticket.

Avios is effectively a travel agent so the tickets don't make any sense if looked up online

To correct the details above
10kg carry on + personal item
20kg on European, 23kg on US/Canada flights including any connecting legs as checked luggage
