I'll add an even more bizarre DP.

Went to Safeway to buy a total of $1995 in MO, first swiped two Vanillas (pathward bank) and they worked, next tried DE cards and 3 of them all declined. Had to use my BB to pay the 2nd half.

Just 3 days ago, I was at another Safeway and had no issues using 5x200 DE to buy 1k in MOs.

Tomorrow will swing by WM and hopefully they still work there.
