Think of it this way: Have you ever been in a supermarket and you've seen something absolutely obscenely overpriced? Yes, you can afford it, of course, no problem. But there's just a psychological component where one starts to step back and ask oneself "Am I being taken for a fool here?" That's what I'm referring to. I'm asking whether the RC Kyoto is priced for fools.
The RC is a luxury hotel in a highly desirable and expensive area. If you took the same building and plopped it in Cairo or Hanoi, it would sell for a fraction of the current price
