Overall, I would recommend the Conrad, especially if you like traditional hotels.

As soon as I saw the plaque from the back of the door, I then realized that this is another in Hilton's family of curved hotels. Can be good or not good.

Besides the view issue, how was the walk to/from the room from the elevator? Having been at analogous Hiltons, being at one end of a curve can mean a whole bunch of walking and walking and walking.

Also interesting about the lack of washcloths.
