Unfortunately I used AerClub Avios which require dropping the 10k bag off at a checkin counter. If I want to carry it on board I have to add the priority boarding service. This is according to the Aer Lingus twitter service team.

"The 10-kg carry-on bag is already included in your booking. However, this bag does not include the priority boarding service. If you would like to add the priority boarding option to your booking, please visit our website at the link provided. You can contact our call center if you prefer that we enter this option for you."

But the call center can not add this service either.
