PH is an absolute disgrace to the brand. Their latest fiasco was putting their pool out of commission and telling guests to take their own PH towels to Okura (and bring them back). Rosewood has also experienced a harsh reopening since they're pretty much starting from scratch. Try to avoid the WA sides near the new RC construction site.
