Thanks William... I had a crazy experience a few months ago with them getting a missing stay posted (it took many e-mails and one of them didn't even know the rules - claiming award stays do not count) so contacting them was not my first choice.
On a side note, it always puzzles me when service employees are not aware of fundamental rules of the process. Unfortunately, it appears to happen quite often...
