In December 2022 they sent me an offer to get 75k if I upgrade the same card to Venture X and spend 4k. So I ended up getting the bonus twice technically and on the same account.
Cap1 is very cautious against churners. So if you have a lot of accounts like most churners do, chances are you will simply be rejected. I heard some people who claim they own both Venture and Venture X. I suspect they did not get both at close timeframe(like 1 year) but who knows.
