The dinner served after takeoff was definitely nothing to write home about. Chicken or pasta options. Chicken was a real chicken breast and tender but portion sizes were quite small. The salad was surprisingly very good with arugula and lettuce. Very snappy tender fresh greens.
That looks better than many of the Polaris meals that have been posted. Looks like the best salad that has been posted all year
