I was upgraded to ocean view but no mention of it at check-in and Hyatt app still showed tropical view (Globalist points booking). Used WhatsApp for contacting Oscar (day butler) and Sergio (night butler) and they were great. I'm really impatient with making a bubble bath and tend to overflow them with bubbles. They said give them 30 minutes notice and they'll make a special one. The dance club was nicer than we thought it would be and returned to the room about 60 minutes after texting them and the bubbles were still in the tub. Not sure how they did the bubbles like that?
