I got my eCredit for my South America flights by calling in today and talking to a Delta agent. Chat yesterday was useless. No changes had to be made. We saved more than $800 in eCredits. Surprisingly hard to find the phone number that I hadn’t saved in my phone.
In the app, click on ‘more’ in the bottom right corner and scroll down to the ‘contact us’ link, which will get you a nice long list of useful phone numbers.
