This is what I was served back in October in economy on Dublin to Chicago.

First up was pretzels and water.



Next was a choice of chicken or beef.

I had the chicken ("Chicken Breast in Pepper Sauce") fairly tasteless but also very inoffensive. Pasta salad, which was on a bed of lettuce, was pretty dry.

Dessert - a white chocolate and raspberry mousse - was nice.



Mid-flight we had ice creams given out.



The best food on the entire flight for me was the pre-landing snack. The crew were asking if we wanted "a wrap" but a wrap it was not.

This Chicken Tikka pastry snack was glorious!



So good that I snagged a passing crew member and asked for another one and duly had another one delivered.

All in all, not bad at all for a transatlantic in economy!
