This is what I was served back in October in economy on Dublin to Chicago.
First up was pretzels and water.
Next was a choice of chicken or beef.
I had the chicken ("Chicken Breast in Pepper Sauce") fairly tasteless but also very inoffensive. Pasta salad, which was on a bed of lettuce, was pretty dry.
Dessert - a white chocolate and raspberry mousse - was nice.
Mid-flight we had ice creams given out.
The best food on the entire flight for me was the pre-landing snack. The crew were asking if we wanted "a wrap" but a wrap it was not.
This Chicken Tikka pastry snack was glorious!
So good that I snagged a passing crew member and asked for another one and duly had another one delivered.
All in all, not bad at all for a transatlantic in economy!
