Will be interesting to see if the property actually complies going forward, as they may think it'll be easier for them to pay off the few who complain than to properly offer elite breakfast for everyone. (Considering they used to offer complimentary elite breakfast and the Bonvoy requirements have not changed, this was undoubtedly an intentional move by someone in charge at the property and not a misunderstanding.)

In the meantime, probably best to avoid this property for cash stays.
