Yes, it would!

It also has the Tier Points for the normal EI routes, like DUB-LHR.

But this page - https://www.britishairways.com/en-gb...-avios/flights - still says no to TPs.

If I recall correctly, someone on here said the TP calculator pulls the info out of the normal system for awarding the TPs. So it should work...!
